The Site describes our photography services and lets you send us an inquiry. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. A session is booked only when we confirm it in a written quote or agreement.

Bookings, pricing and payments

Pricing, deposits, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the quote or written agreement for each session. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date.

Intellectual property

The photographs, text, graphics and design on the Site belong to Sara Baurley Photo LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, download, reproduce, distribute or use them without our prior written permission. Photographs delivered to clients are licensed under the agreement for that session.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, to submit false or misleading information, or to scrape or copy its content in bulk.

Information you submit

Information you send through the contact form should be accurate and complete. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
